DOWN 25 LBS!!!!!

Zyan is now 17 months old, since having him I have been carrying around all his pregnancy weight. I have always passionate about working out or running after having all my other kids. But over our past year and a half and all the busyness and craziness life has brought us. I just couldn't find the mental strength to take care of myself. To focus on running, working out or eating healthy. But since we have moved into our new home and things have became a lot more stable I finally felt like it was time. So Jan 18th I started a diet(if you want more details I will email you personally, leave me your email address)I am so happy to say that I just finished my full 7 weeks and I am down 25 pounds. WAHOOO. I feel so much lighter, healthier and happier about myself. I now in the 2nd week of what's called the 3 week maintenance phase(slowly adding things back into my diet). I am now working on other goals for the future. I want to run a few 5k,7ks and maybe a 10k before the year is up. My goal for next week is to start working out, running, or a beach body video. Now I am on to tightening and toning everything back up :P

That is awesome! Congrats! I think I know what diet that is and it is a crazy diet, so I'm sure you can conquer anything now! And I LOVE TURBO Jam! It's such a fun workout and I swear it toned my abs WAY better than running did. Anyways, that is seriously so awesome!

Whew who.. It is amazing just what 27 3/4 lbs have done to my body in 7 weeks... Email and we will see if its the same diet as mine.. It sounds similar so I want to know what yours is!!! I love the way I feel but still have tons of work to do... Good job!! Dieting is so hard, its easy to gain it but hard to lose it.... Congrats!!!! I would love to see pictures of before and after.. Tomorrow will be my 8th week weigh in i'm hoping for a big number or at least 3 so I can hit 30lbs in 8 weeks.... Love ya and take care

Way to go! As moms we often forget to take care of ourselves. Dave finally got on a routine and has stuck to it, he has lost 60 lbs. and is maintaining it. Lots of work but worth it for many reasons. Love to see pictures!
