Zyan entered the world on October 14, at 12:34pm. He was 21 inches long and 9 lbs even. The delivery was a rough one on both mom and baby, although Zyan seems to have bounced back a little faster than poor old mom. Tanya has been dealing with some major back pain that she is going to physical therapy for for the next month to try and sort out. Its a good thing that baby's are made of "Rubbermade", because his big brother and sisters are taking every opportunity to hold and snuggle him. Zyan's looks are changing by the hour almost as the swelling and bruising subsides.
We were happy to have family around and was especially grateful that Aunt Tamara made the drive from Arizona to be here for his birth.

I'm sorry to hear Tanya had such a rough delivery, but I'm so glad he is here and SUCH a cutie! Congrats to you guys! I can't wait to see more pictures :o)

Oh my gosh, he's perfect. What a sweet little face he has. It's so round, I love it. It reminds me of my girls. Is his ear bent downward, my oldest had one like that for a while. Not to mention some ears that looked like ewalks cuz they had long hair on them still. =) I hope you feel better soon Tawnya. I love your face. Congrats to all of you. Give him a great big kiss for me Livi. =) I love the way they smell when they're babies. I can smell it from here. lol Much love.
Wow he is gorgeous.. I hope that you start feeling better soon, back pain is not fun to have espeically when you have a new little one to take care. My thoughts and prayers are with you that you will be able to recover fast.. He is so precious...
